BRACELET FAQ
Q: Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
A: Nope, girl. All bracelet sales are final. We don’t do refunds—but we do repairs within 30 days of purchase.
Q: What if my bracelet breaks or needs fixing?
A: We got you. Just contact us within 30 days and we’ll repair it for free. After that, it’s a wrap.
Q: How long does it take to make my bracelet?
A: Once we receive payment and all your info, your bracelet will be completed in 2–4 business days.
Q: Will I get a confirmation?
A: Yes! You’ll receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of purchase to confirm your bracelet details.
Q: Can I add custom pieces to my bracelet?
A: Yes, but we have limits, babe. A picture (for a fee), initials and a optional pop of color may be added to your bracelet.Â
MINI BAG FAQ
Q: When will my pre-order arrive?
A: Pre-orders can take up to 2 weeks to ship. Good things take time, girl.
Q: Can I take my bag apart and re-style it?
A: We don’t recommend it. PBK bags are junked with love—once taken apart, we won’t reassemble them.
Q: Will my bag look exactly like the photo?
A: Minor charm changes may happen, but the overall theme and vibe will stay true to what you ordered.
Q: Can I get a refund if I don’t like it?
A: No refunds, babe. Each bag is handmade and one-of-a-kind.
ORDER & PICKUP FAQ
Q: When can I pick up my order?
A: Local pickups are available Mondays and Wednesdays only. Need a different day? Contact us—we may be able to accommodate.
Q: What happens if I don’t pick up my order on time?
A: Orders must be picked up within 24–48 hours. After that, a $3/day storage fee applies. After 10 business days, your order goes back in stock and the storage fee will be deducted from any refund (if applicable). Weekends count too, girl.
Q: Do you offer shipping?
A: Yes! We offer 2-day priority shipping on all orders.

A: Absolutely. Every bracelet and bag is handmade with top-quality materials, bold energy, and girly tingz.
Q: Do you offer custom orders?
