  • No refunds, girl. Once you place your order, it’s yours.
  • We fix what we create. If your bracelet needs a touch-up, we’ll repair it within 30 days of purchase—just bring it back with proof.
  • Creation time: Bracelets take 2–4 business days to complete once payment and all necessary info is received.
  • Confirmation email: You’ll receive a confirmation within 24 hours of purchase to finalize your bracelet details. We don’t guess—we glam.

Bag Rules – So Girlalala Mini Bags

These aren’t just bags—they’re boss moves in accessory form. Let’s keep it real:

  • Pre-orders: May take up to 2 weeks to arrive. Good things take time, girl.
  • No refunds. Period.
  • Don’t take her apart. We do not reassemble bags that have been altered.
  • Charm variations: Minor changes may occur, but the overall theme and vibe of your bag will stay true to what you ordered. Every bag is a one-of-one moment.

All Orders – Shipping & Pickups

Whether you’re local or getting it shipped, we’ve got rules to keep things smooth:

  • Pickups: Must be picked up within 24–48 hours. After that, a $3/day storage fee applies.
    After 10 business days, your order goes back in stock and you’re still responsible for the storage fee—it’ll be deducted from any refund (if applicable). Yes, girl, weekends count.
  • Shipping: We offer 2-day priority shipping on all orders.
  • Local pickups: Available Mondays & Wednesdays only. Need a different day? Hit us up—we may accommodate on a case-by-case basis.
